Brian Morris knows he is at a crossroads in his teaching career. He is rapidly losing motivation for his work did not get off to the start he had anticipated. He is having a difficult time connecting with his students and their standardized test scores have dropped since he arrived. He is on his last year of his Initial License and must show he is competent to advance to a Standard License by the state Board of Education and time is running out. When all hope seemed lost, his path crossed with Harrison Tan, who would change his life forever.

Brian Morris entered his second year of teaching at Chapman High School in search of answers. He was losing motivation and purpose in his work as an educator. Brian was down and out and looking for answers when he crossed paths with a fellow teacher, Mr. Harrison Tan. Throughout their time together, Mr. Tan taught Brian “The 6 Keys to Leading with Intention” that he had developed through his 35-year teaching career. Everything was shaping up for Brian and what the final quarter of the school year would bring. Life could not be better. However, it all came crashing down on a Sunday morning when Brian received the phone call that would forever change the course of his life…
